A highly experienced Digital and Online Consultant with over 18 years online experience, having staretd designing websites in the early 90′s. I am now offering a full Internet Consultancy service and contracting in project management, ecommerce and digital strategies. Open to discuss any project or business opportunities. Having worked for design agencies (David Mitchell Design, Ad Workshop), digital agencies (Fuse 8, Corporate Document Services, Leap Frog Communications) and also on the client side (Superbreak, Holidaybreak PLC) I have a wealth of expertise that I can bring to the table – helping to bring better returns on website investment.

Strategy preparation: Developing short, medium and long term Internet and ecommerce strategies looking at best practices and future proofing the investments to gain maximum ROI.

eCommerce and Web Development: I have project managed many successful ecommerce (large and small) and web site developments, looking at key objectives for the projects. With a full understanding of the importance of the user for ecommerce and the technicalities of online payment systems.

Project Management: Very experienced project manager (PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile) of large, small and complex projects from inception to implementation, within budget and timescales.

An excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to motivate staff and build development teams in house or off shore. Vast amount of Internet and IT experience learnt through the years – sometimes the hard way!
